Campaign Story

Hello, my name is Justine. I am attempting to raise funds for IVF treatments to help make my and my husband’s dream of becoming parents into the reality of becoming parents.

My husband and I have overall lost 7 children since 2017 in our journey of parenthood. We lost 6 to miscarriage between 5-6 weeks gestation each time. And our last pregnancy was twins. We lost one twin to miscarriage, and the second twin was an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy.

We understand that IVF can sometimes work and sometimes not. However, the cost of IVF is pricey. We have wanted to become parents for many, many years, and although we know there are other options to becoming parents, we really would like to exhaust all options to carrying our own first. Our insurance does not cover the cost of the actual IVF process, and we plan to use the funds raised to help cover those costs.

This fundraiser is our way of making the life of becoming a parent more realistic. We have suffered so much loss over the years, and as amazing as it has been with the two of us enjoying our marriage and our lives together, we both yearn for more. We yearn to fill our house with the laughter of children. The messes, the crying, the negative and the positive outcomes of children would fill our hearts with so much joy.
